I just re-looked at the options for the bonding interface, and noticed some 
things I didn't before.

Under mode, there is a 802.3ad option.  Which according to this page 
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/Bonding of the wiki, refers to 
LACP.  Our Brocade is setup for LACP, so this is probably my config error.

There is something wrong with the configuration on that device.
Since that is an IPv6 address, I would start by looking at an interface 
that has an IPv6 connection that is configured incorrectly.
I have not configured bonded ports on MT for OSPF, but I know that 
bridged ports need to have the configuration on the bridge and switch 
ports need to have the configuration on the master port.
