so, i want to try a IXP setup using RouterOS my need is the following: let's say, me, Justin and Butch are peered to a IXP in new york, we're a 3 WISP. my ASN is 1000, Butch 1001 and Justin 1002 if we lookup in the IXP RouteServer, we would see everyone of us routed with each other, me linked to Butch/Justin, and Justin is linked to Butch too but in reality, we're all linked to the IXP router. how to do that senario?
BGP is a peering relationship. One to one. If you want AS 1000 to talk to AS1001, you must configure that relationship manually. Same with AS1000 talking to AS1002. It won't happen "automatically". Maybe I'm missing the point of the question or misunderstanding your configuration.
