I would only use a 411 at a client. I do use 411ah's for some backhauls
usually one's that I don't anticipate being major. Otherwise I use 433ah's

Oh I see, the 411ah is 64 megs while 433ah is 128 megs.

On all the devices I've looked at I use well below what they have on the
board.  I typically use them as dumb bridges for APs and the CPE, which only
does one customer, does NAT.
