The BaseII SiteMonitor will give you the voltage as is. The shunt is for current. Just use the same supply for it as the RBs and you will know what voltage the RBs are running.

I don't think you can rely on it. I've tested this on many routerboards,
and it seems totally unreliable. If it's, say, 1,5 volts off, you can't
assume the difference is linear, either. It could be 1,5 volts off at
24V and 4 volts off at 17 volts. I have no idea why it's so bad.
