We run OSPF between our sites. I have a few sites with Internet VPN backups for microwave paths. I also have a few that only use an internet VPN to get back to our network. When the remote site disconnects and re-connects the OSPF interface doesn't come back with the cost that was assigned and the "old" static entry shows unknown for the interface.
Is there a workaround for this? One thought was to make the default cost a high number but that will not help on the sites that are only connected by the internet.
