Scott, The bridge was a good idea but the VPN interfaces are not available in the bridge.
We have been thinking about a script as well but I wanted to avoid it. I may try to dig in to the SNMP MIB and see if I can easily alarm on the cost for the dynamic interfaces. I am going to try bumping the default cost up on the server(s) and see how it behaves on the reconnects. Thanks for the response.
