Actually, come to think of it, yes.

I understand I need a level 4 license. Does it require to be applied on the 
Master side only? These were installed in opposite order if I was to have a 
multipoint config. (Slave is local and master is in the distance)
Can both sides  get a level 4 and both act as access points?
