Actually, the answer is yes. With a level 4 license on both sides, both sides 
can be an AP bridge and a station simultaneously. I’ve done this to turn other 
outdoor PTP links into incidental access points (e.g., for small estates with 
outbuildings) though not specifically the 60 gig.
