my first reaction to the globe was that I thought it was a peanut. Other than that, I think there needs to be better integration between the mark and the word. They don’t seem to match or compliment yet. I think part of the problem is the stroke width of the text and globe are different, but not different enough. Perhaps see what it looks like if you thicken the word to match the lines in the globe? And then take it the other way.
