Do we get full rights to the design? Would be great to get professional 
inspiration and then let some of the design oriented contributors play around 
with it. That way we get slick starting place but the final design can be more 
crowdsourced. If they gave us source files and layers for example we'd get a 
fantastic head start on a future more in-house version so to speak. If it costs 
extra to retain more rights and  files it would be  worth it.
