If you want a quick way to gather such files:
touch /var/spool/MIMEDefang/DO-NOT-DELETE-WORK-DIRS
Do *not* try this on an insanely-busy mail server, folks! And be sure to:
rm /var/spool/MIMEDefang/DO-NOT-DELETE-WORK-DIRS
when you have enough samples.
