This part I can help with :)
Create the user: saslpasswd2 -c newuser
Create the mailbox: cyradm --user adminuser localhost
cm user.newuser
Replace "newuser" with the name of the account you're creating and
"adminuser" with the name of a cyrus admin user ("grep ^admin
/etc/imapd.conf", or wherever your imapd.conf is).
