Although not affecting your problem, note that these two missing perl modules 
(available on CPAN) are useful and without them, your ability to scan for spam 
(and forged messages) may be hampered.

The fact that SA runs to completion tells us it's not SA's fault.  One thing I 
have noted in the past:  If one upgrades perl, one needs to reinstall MD.
