I tried to run the SA test in the context of user "clamav", same result:

Hmm.... it looks like you're running the spamassassin checks as yourself, which
is presumably _not_ the defang user account. You'll find that there might well
be a great deal of difference between what you get as output from running it as
the wrong user. If there's a big difference if you run the same check as the
mimedefang user account, it might explain a lot.
