Wow, thanks the response Nick. That is definitely a bit scary but adds comfort that they do make good on it. We have used B5C's and did have one go bad, and like your experience, they did replace it rather easily and so far the replacement has been fine.
If I could ask, do you have the replacement radios up and working? If so, how's the performance, meets promised bandwidth, latency?
