The origin of service registry was to simplify the setup procedure of IoAcceptors and common filters such as ThreadPoolFilter. Now 0.9.2 has much simpler configuration model comparing to previous versions so we can add more configuration parameters easily. (e.g. config.setThreadModel(...)) Of course, I'll fix all the compilation breakage very soon.
