The intention for this filter was primary to extend the examples section, because I think, that we need a lot of more stuff in this section for the beginners like me to get an idea of how the single parts work together :) If you want, you can close the issue at this point. Regarding the runtime tests: I opened 10.000 connections on my server in between 50-80 sec. After turning the logging on, it tooks upto 150 seconds instead. I will check it again with some different code. When I can reproduce the problem, I will open a new issue regarding to this point.
