A Basic question on TextLineCodecFactory()

Hi,

TextLineEncoder and TextLineDecoder classes give the chance to set LineDelimiter to be used. But TextLineCodecFactory does not have such a constructor.
isnt it reasonable to have such a constructor? if not why? what do i miss?
