Wow, 10 hours and no one has blamed tv or video games. I agree with Slip that environment is the key factor in behavior. Parents being the main influence. Forced sterilization on violent criminals might be a good start to alleviating the problem.
What's the drinking age in London anyway? The first thing I thought was what are these boys doing wondering about in front of bars at midnight? Well, I know(at least I surmise) what they were doing but I guess the real question is where is the adult supervision?
