I have to agree with Lee on this one. There is no reason that a culture such as you describe and hope for could not exist SD, but it would have to be cleansed. Either by defection or banishment. For instance, even thought I'm a reasonable fun loving guy that usually tries to go along to get along, if somebody offered up the suggestion that I'd be more valuable or productive as a eunuch I'd think I'd have to skip town. I'm just sayin'.
