Misunderstandings, alternative understandings ...?

Sometimes syntax makes us intentionally/unintentionally(?) ambiguous.
Alternative readings (expansions) of the quoted statement:
1. "Maybe I'll avoid getting a summary banning, [such] as I have
[gotten] with Mind's Eye ...
or
2. "Maybe I'll avoid getting a summary banning, as I have [avoided
getting] with Mind's Eye ...

!
