I would think that domination these days would more likely take on a hegemonistic appearance. Considering the use of the term "new world order" actually used in a 1990 Bush speech to congress, I'm thinking that we're on perdition road. I'm wondering if the Bush debacle in Iraq and his crippling of America has anything to do with evening out the balance of powers that be.
