I'm not sure that these ten worked to create social order at the time
they were written.  After all, the Christians did not organize
socially until Constantine made sure of it for his own reasons.  They
were presented more as a path of the spirit, I think.  This guy is a
wacko, given to us in the theater of the absurd.
