Chris, Fran, Omprem, and others !

Omprem does come across like a bull in a china shop. But he's looking
to be engaged.

So far, in the context of Chris' " Atheists assume nothing, and wait
to be shown the truth of the thing using materialist and rationalist
methods." Omprem seems to be saying that that " waiting " is on
account of reasons that hold back the atheist : fear, for he does not
have anything else to fall back ; addiction, with reality obtained
through the senses ; attachment with empiricism, with objective and
subjective domainisation of reality ... etc.

Sure, a dialogue with Omprem, considering his espousal of the ' method
' to oneness with Divine is transcendental, is impossible.

But, can the two sides moderate their positions, Omprem coming down
from his transcendence and the atheist rising up to that limit of
understanding rooted in duality, so that the two sides can lay out
their respective premises on the table, for a dialogue to take place ?

After all, a dialogue of such nature is what we are here for. Can we ?
