I think raw should be about 70% of your diet (re. 'Fit for Life' -
Harvey and Marilyn Diamond).
The big evil of the 'way of Life' (eating) taught is to not mix
proteins and carbohydrates in the same meal. It's all about the
chemistry of digestion.
I've been doing it for 22 years and swear by it. Health, energy,
strength and endurance are all excellent. At 35, when I started it, I
was able to lose the love handles/spare tire that had laughed at
exercise and other methods of diet.
