I caught the last ten mins of a prhram my wife was watching last
week.  That is to say since I do all the cooking at home, as I
preparing our evening meal(lamb curry if memory serves) I heard my
wife and children shouting at the TV and so when I got to the bit when
I could just leave the curry cooking away I went into the living room
to see what all the comation was about.

It was programe about this very subject.  I must say that all of the
'Raw' people I saw looked quite frankly like shit.  Bad skin, no
muscle, too thin.  They all said how healty they felt, myslf I just
couldn't see it.

My own diet consists of meat 3-4 time weekly fish for the rest and
plenty of veggies all round.  I'm quit healty, unfit though, and I
think it is only the beer that puts me a little overweight.
