I've obviously spent a lot of time as an academic trying to work out what evidence is. Whilst there are some technical difficulties at a variety of levels, the biggest problem of all is lying through control of who does the investigation. It may seem a million miles from GZ, but a Polish family moved in next door to us today. We are very pleased - they are a decent working couple with 3 polite kids. Our Government is currently promising it will 'put local people first' in regard of tenancies like this - some sort of sop to those feeling let down, particularly the poor young. It's own policies have led to the shortage of social housing, and in fact, most residents in mixed areas like this don't want any poor young British whites because they are anti-social. Even getting to the truth of an issue like this is now impossible without expending massive energy. I don't want to believe they can cover-up something like 9/11 - but more and more evidence at all levels of how the world works does make me think our governance is very corrupt. Britain's entry into the Iraq War was clearly illegal and based on dross intelligence. Back in 1956 we at least got to know our invasion of the Middle East was a total scam, though I remember the US being portrayed as good guys preventing imperialism, which I now assume was an utter crock. We at least established that Britain and France colluded with Israel in order to pretend to invade on the basis of 'peace-keeping'. These days we can't even bottom why we went into Iraq and there seems no court or media forum we can trust. There are still morons out there telling us UFOs are suppressed. Misinformation is everywhere and lying is rife - I don't mean the kind of covert shite either - we are now routinely lying or being coerced into it. I saw some jerk on TV saying capitalism would never have invested in the Iraq Fiasco because the oil returns weren't big enough - a political journo. History tells us capitalism never invests in wars, it just manipulates our resources to its ends. It's so bad that the chances of a drunken bar brawl between me and Chris is less likely in reality than a Second War of Jenkin's Ear based on a well-placed CIA story of such an event!! Fear not Chris - we'd share the book royalties!
