My post got out of line due to moderation, I see that you do have a handle on the Feeling now.
One atheist here at Mind's Eye described the Feeling as "an ah ha moment when I had this fantastic connection in my head" (essence - may not be ver batim). It needs to be described as simply as possible to make the effective 'mind link', it took a few years before I got it boiled down to simply "acknowledge the Feeling".
