I think an addictive will/personality is the source of troubles rather than the shunned subject such as alcohol, drugs, sex, food, shopping, etc. I have near seven weeks without drinking but I do wish I could shake the need for naps after eating and the drowsy morning rise- perhaps my brain and body are still adjusting- dreams are frequent and intense- perhaps there is "road repair" in the brain. Being sober has had no marked effect on my computer!!! :-)
