I think that the members of this group are all vastly different people, and we try to respect those differences while challenging each other in ways that don't drive us over the edge. I'm not always successful in this regard, I've erred and recovered and keep trying. In my experience, whatever comes up is well worth considering, and reflects some aspect of myself and the collective.
