Alas, they appear to be hiding. After having a divisive president that
led us into war and felt driven by god followed by a divisive
president intent on dismantling as much of our constitution as
possible, I'm hopeful that they may again be found.
There is an unfortunate desire in America to elect presidents from the
poles, the 10% of either extreme. These presidents then make life very
uncomfortable for politicians that do not fall squarely into either
the "ally" category nor the "enemy" category.
