Sorry Fidds I disagree on that one.

An evil man that is honest enough to pronounce himself evil is
certianly 'self knowing' is he then automatacily(because he knows
himself) of a balanced mind, and an active ethical person?

Well if he is evil how can he be.  To know yourself, to be honest with
yourself, in short to have a decent amount of 'intelectual honesty'
does not automatucaly make one a decent human being.

Besides decent human being according to whom?  According to me a
decnet human being just would not take the piss out of anothers
belifes even if he disagreed with them.  Yet according to you, a
decent human being must be one with a high intelect 'unpolluted' by
what you claim as rubbish.

As to this 'intelectual fund' of yours what does that mean?  Do you
consider thoese of an infierior intelect as inferior beings?
