I'd like to point out that now only France has more Michelin-starred restaurants than Britain. We also, supposedly, have the best restaurant in the world (The Fat Duck). I've never been, or to the restaurant that it stole the crown from (El Bulli), so I can't comment. However, I do think what I've seen of Heston Blumenthal on TV suggests he may be a genius.
