I think your post is nothing more than racist commentary based on ignorance of the actual celebration of independence, "Cinco De Mayo" which anyone with a smidgen of a brain knows is the recognition of Mexican independence from France achieved at the battle of Puebla which took place in 1862 during the month of May and on the 5th day of the month.
