Predictable how Obama supporters and Liberals jump into the bigot/
racist name calling when there is any criticism. I didn't note the
article on Michelle's several personal assistants- maybe I read it in
the Drudgereport. At any rate, this started with the Kennedy's so
Catholics proved they could be other than dowdy, as well- as did the
Shah and his wife, if you recall. Not likely we will see another
Dwight and Mamie again nor a Harry and Bess, either. All part of the
political image game. At least we are rescued by term limits. I'll
save dessert for later.

You are incorrect in your blame. Even Greenspan was bewildered. This
mess started in housing for the most part- bad loans, bad buyers and
sellers. That goes back to Clinton's daydream. Now we have citizens
mailing their housekeys back to the bankers and taking off- and they
are condisered heros but it will undoubtedly affect contract law and
ulimately the trust necessary to sustain healthy capitalism- the
latter being the main reason so many immigrants came to America in the
first place.

There are figures somewhere on America's low savings and high personal
debt.
