Just where do you think our municipal and state taxes should be spent? Households must live within their budgets- governments just raise taxes and fees. And no, the private citizen is not capable of building and maintaining our infrastructure- that's what all these regulatory bodies are supposed to be doing to ensure the safety and well-being of the public. I think the recent accidents/careless oversights speak for themselves. The unions and bloated agencies are political plums.
