Another NYTimes article changed my mind- "Giving Alzheimer's Patients their Way, Even Chocolate" http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/01/health/01care.html and it seems a good argument for all seniors plus I see such a deterioration in a friend who is confined to a nursing home- it's like he is in prison. His fees are enormous and it might have been better to hire round the clock private care- but who knows?
