Why tease? Give me a sense of what you think it is and how you apply
it in your own life before I Google it. I sense it is tranquil and
orderly with a recognition of space, design and eternal verities- sort
of an I Ching in motion. How does it differ from a Western attitude
towards taste and one's bearing/peaceful soul? Is elegance- in a wide
sense- stumbling about in current Western culture? I think the '30's
had "it" in design and fashion plus there was a general etiquette
accepted and practised, albeit through social ills, dustbowls and the
rest. I may be completely off track here. You wouldn't invest based on
a numbers theory, would you? Well, some brides pick a lucky date for
their wedding so I guess some people do act on their superstitions
frequently. As for taste- there's no accounting for it (old Roman
proverb)! :-)
