I find it interesting that this has become such a lengthy discussion!
There are more positive testmonies than there are negative criticisms
due to it's increasing popularity here in the west and since the
practice has been, once again, permitted in China. As rigsy said it is
mentioned in the Yijing (I Ching) but has been around a bit longer.
