Well, the "revolutions" in the Middle East have a long way to go, lee. And I fear there will be great anger and frustration when the youths discover they are not handed an immediate leap into prosperity and freedom. Some look on the greater populations as nothing more than a new batch of consumers!!! That happened in the USA after WWII- population burst, urbanization and demand for consumer goods; also in war-torn countries needing to rebuild. I think some forget how many hundreds of years America needed to be where we are- which isn't so great, at the moment. Let's hope the ME sees the futility of revenge tactics.
