How is it a mere belief ? Rather it is the truth ! Here's how... (1) You are made by the universe, as in you are brought into being by it, exist wholly within it, and are sustained by all that is in it.
(2) You are nothing but a speck of the universe, a part of it. All (3) You contemplate the universe, even when you contemplate upon yourself, because there is nothing that is not the universe, not a mere part if it, nothing apart from it. (4) Like a drop of water in the ocean is nothing but the ocean itself, so too you are nothing but the universe itself. Hence when you contemplate, it is nothing but the universe that contemplates !
