Gabby suggested a few changes and additions. I've edited only a few words and particularly welcome the additions on the current mods all being over 50, white and English-speaking and the reminder we all subscribe to Googleland TOS. I think we're in the process of inviting another moderator - so if Orn and Molly and I can agree, I'll leave the format clean up of the welcome post until that's sorted with the new name/s - unless I have a paranoid conversion and begin a rod of iron rule! Neil
