I don't know how you avoid the self-interest of individuals/nations and the natural imbalances of intelligence, talent, resources, etc. The universal dialogue is probably age 12- the standard for newspapers, now the basis of modern media. It is only recently that information has gone global for most- does that make it more honest, interesting, helpful, reliable?
