Made the mistake of also emailing the article to my self for future reference. Opinions go both ways involving the hobbits, I referred in reference to mor than one group of humanoids have existed over time. Partly to show advanced civilizations are not difficult nor rare. It is said there is a total knowledge within the universe and beyond. Since we have access to this primal source of knowledge it is only logical that all species have access to it. The ability to use this knowledge is a different question.
