We must remember that the "First Entity" or you may call it "The Cosmic Egg" came from something which you may call the Spirit and hence it was created. It is from that that everything evolved. As for extinction,everything that is born will also die , this universe will also be annihilated but that is not the end. Universes are born and die and the process continues in eternity. Creation with its never ending chain of universes is unborn like the Spirit and continues in eternity.
