In the religion I soaked up young, there was omnipresence - a bit like 
Prism or some of the ideas of More's Utopia or Bentham's panotican.  The 
presence of a surveillance form or parental 'governmentality when they are 
absent'.

But words don't seem to mean much and millions of them are wasted.
