I had a student who killed two doctors.  He was mad and violent yet I was 
expected to teach him - same on an idiot woman who claimed I took out my 
penis in class (30 other witnesses fortunately).  I can understand anyone 
not feeling protected by university authorities.  The answer is to clean up 
the bad practices.
