Thanks Molly - I seem better today and a looking forward to taking the 
hounds round the river walk in a few minutes.  They 'know'.  Don't seem to 
be able to get rid of that avast spam.  Viruses winning!  I see unwanted ad 
links in my own last post too (reality is).
