We now have a new moderator to our Group, Molly. I just felt we need to have more brains to storm through for one goal : rejuvenating the Group to some level of interest, activity and life.
A good start will be to pore over the members list and take stock of their current categorisation. It makes no sense for someone who has been under moderation since joining, say, years ago to continue being on the list. I believe, they could be given an opportunity to reconfirm their group membership, failing which they could be removed. There are others who have just gone silent. They too need to be poked into life if they'd comeback to our mails addressed to them. Lastly, we need efforts to bring in more new members...but how, I have little idea.
