Well, thanks for the vote of confidence, Vam, although I am not sure how I 
feel about being voluntold... I will do what I can for the group. To manage 
the member list, simply click on "Manage Members" in the top right of he 
group screen and manage away.

In terms of member recruitment, my experience is that it takes care of 
itself as the quality of the conversation improves. Rational, respectful 
dialogue about ideas seems to attract more of the same. When the 
conversation goes south, the intelligent members leave. It is not rocket 
science, more to do with human nature.
